Arfin India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 20, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:
- Subsequent to resignation of Ms. Riddhi N. Shah from the post of Company Secretary, Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Durgesh D. Soni, a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), as a Whole Time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
