Thyrocare Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29 2022 inter alia has decided to declare an interim dividend at the rate of Rs. 15.00 (Rupees Fifteen Only) per share (150% of the face value of Rs. 10/- each) for the financial year 2021-22.
