Sakthi Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the following step down subsidiaries of the Company in Netherlands viz.
(i) Sakthi Holdings BV
(ii) Sakthi European Foreign Sales Corporation BV, and
(iii) Sakthi Netherlands BV
have filed for liquidation, as a part of the restructuring of the step down subsidiaries in Europe, on August 21, 2013, August 23, 2013 respectively.
