In Continuation to our earlier intimations dated 18th October 2023 and 26th October 2023 in connection with the loss of original Share Certificate. The Company has issued Letter of Confirmation in lieu of new Physical Certificate to its shareholders as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January 2022.
