CIMMCO LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2019 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of LODR) a Board Meeting is scheduled on Wednesday the 29th day of May 2019 to consider inter alia the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2019.
The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for the designated persons from Thursday the 4th April 2019 and the same shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019.
