Hubtown Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve The draft Scheme of Arrangement between the Company Nitant Real Estate Private Limited (NREPL) Amazia Developers Private Limited (ADPL) and Distinctive Realty Private Limited (DRPL) (NREPL ADPL and DRPL hereinafter collectively referred to as the Transferor Companies) pursuant to provisions of Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act 2013 and other applicable laws subject to receipt of requisite approvals (Scheme).
