We wish to inform you that we will be publishing the Audited Accounts for the Financial Year ended 31st December 2017 within the period stipulated in Regulations 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, i.e. within 60 days from the close of the Companys financial year i.e. 31st December, 2017.
In view of the above, please note that we shall not be publishing separately the unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended 31st December, 2017.
