Pursuant to the Regulation-30 and Schedule-III part-A (7) of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 we are to intimate that at the board meeting held on 14.08.2019 the resignation of the existing statutory auditors viz. M/s DVR & Co. Chartered Accountants Nizamabad was accepted with effect from that date and M/s Satyanarayana & Co. Chartered Accountants Secunderabad are appointed in their place to act as Statutory Auditors of the company subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting.
We are to inform further that the existing Auditors resigned on account of their inability to carry out the audit works since they were located at Nizamabad as they have expressed in their letter of resignation dated 14.08.2019.
Please also find attached herewith the copy of the resignation letter of auditors and consent letter of the new auditors appointed by the Board in support of the above changes in the statutory auditors.
