Dear Sir The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday September 15 2022 at 11.30 a.m. (IST) via VC / OAVM only in accordance with the General Circular issued by the MCA dated January 13 2021 read with General Circulars dated April 8 2020 April 13 2020 May 5 2020 and May 05 2022 and SEBI Circular dated May 13 2022 read with January 15 2021 and May 12 2020.
