Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we wish to inform you that the Company has acquired 10 000 (100%) Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each of Madhav Renewables Private Limited [MRPL] from its shareholders on 31st August 2020. The Status of MRPL is now wholly own subsidiary company of Madhav Infra Projects Limited.
The details required as per SEBI Circular vide CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 is annexed.
