We have been complying with all the compliances with BSE and SEBI from the day of Listing and we have complied with all the compliances during the FY 2019-20 up to March Quarter except for the approval and publication of the Audited Financial results as of March 2020. Due to M/s. Swaroop Anand & Co. Chartered Accountants the Statutory auditors of the company have expressed their inability to continue as Auditors of the Company have resigned with effect from 21st December 2019.Due to the COVID19 pandemic and continuous lockdown the Company was not in a position to hold Board Meeting .The Board of Directors have proposed the appointment of M/s. A John Moris & Co. Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the company for 2019-20 and has served the notice of EGM to the members to hold the EGM on video conferencing on 22nd August 2020.We humbly request to grant us time up to 31.08.2020 for consideration of the Audited Financial Results.
