This intimation is in continuous to disclosure dated June 17th 2023 under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 that Suraj Limited has acquired 600000 Equity shares at Rs.213/- (including premium of Rs.203/-) by 47.06% stake/share in Suraj Enterprise Private Limited on fully diluted basis on preferential basis for a cash consideration of Rs.12.78 crores.
