1. Appointed Mr. Jose George as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect in place of Mr. Ravi A., who vacates his office on April 08, 2016.
2. Appointed Mr. Ravi A. as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company (SBU-A) with immediate effect in place of Mr. K. N. Mathew, who would be retiring on April 15, 2016.
