Cosmo Ferrites Ltd has informed BSE that the tenure of Mr. Ambrish Jaipuria as an Executive Director of the Company expired on March 31, 2015 and the Board has approved his reappointment for a further period of 5 years w.e.f. April 01, 2015 as Executive Director of the Company pursuant to provisions of Section 196,197 & 203 read with Schedule V of the Companies Act, 2013.
