This is to inform you that a Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting to be held on 7 October 2020 will consider an issue of unlisted non-convertible debentures aggregating upto Rs. 250 crore comprising of upto 2500 non-convertible debentures of Rs.1 O lakh each to be made in one or more tranches as per terms and conditions to be finalised in due course.
