1.Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended on 31st December 2018.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Satyen Mamtora as Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 1st April 2019 subject to approval of Shareholders.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Bhaskar Sen as Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 1st April 2019 subject to the approval of Shareholders.
4. Re-appointment of Mr. Sureshchandra Agarwal as Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 1st April 2019 subject to the approval of Shareholders.
