Purohit Construction Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2016.
Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for all Designated Persons as defined in the Code from February 06, 2017 to February 13, 2017 and the same will reopen on February 14, 2017.
