Fischer Chemic Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Approved the Appointment Ms. Urmila Bohra as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2015-16.
2. Approved and Accepted the draft of a Uniform Listing Agreement to be entered with BSE Ltd (under Regulation 109 of SEBI Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015) and authorized Mr. Vinay Mehta and Mr. Ashish Dhakan, Directors of the Company to execute the same.
3. Confirmed and taken on records the previous appointment of Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2015-16.
