This refers to the ongoing Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of demerger of the Spinning Division of GHCL Limited (i.e. Demerged Company) to GHCL Textiles Limited (i.e. Resulting Company) before the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Ahmedabad (NCLT). We would like to update that Honble NCLT on December 20 2022 heard the above matter and reserved its order. Any further updates in this regard will be intimated in due course.
