Emkay Global Financial Services Limited has informed the Exchange that: 1. The Board has approved the transfer by the Company of its investment in Emkay Investment Managers Limited (EIML) comprising 100% stake being 90 00 000 equity shares held by the Company (along with its nominees) to Emkay Capital Private Limited (ECPL) on the terms and conditions as set out in the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) 2. The Board has also approved the transfer by the Company of its investment in Emkay Wealth Advisory Limited (EWAL) comprising 100% stake being 41 00 000 equity shares held by the Company (along with its nominees) to ECPL on the terms and conditions as set out in the SPA.
