With reference to the news item appearing in the Media titled 'Sun-Ranbaxy merger runs into legal wrangle', Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:
'The Company has neither received any Notice nor appeared/represented before the Honble High Court in regard to aforesaid Court case.
Further, we have also not been served the Order of the Honble Court.'
