Board of Directors at its meeting held on 04.08.2021 inter-alia transacted the following:
1. In-principal approval to raise funds by way of Non-Convertible Debentures/Bonds upto Rs.100 Crore in one or more tranches on private placement basis
2. Recommended re-appointment of Shri Vivek Mehra as Independent Director for a second term of 5 years w.e.f. 01.04.2022 until 31.03.2027
