NCL Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, to consider a proposal for issue of Secured Non Convertible Redeemable Debentures on a private placement basis the proceeds of which will be utilized for replacement of the loans from existing Term Lenders and to finance further capital expenditure proposal of Cement & Boards divisions.
