this is to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Friday April 01 2022 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Persons.The Trading Window shall be opened after passing of 48 hours of conclusion of the Board meeting in which the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended shall be approved. The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
