In continuation to our earlier communication vide letter dated March 23 2020 this is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015:
1.Considering the gravity of COVID -19 and in compliance with directives issued by the State and Central Governments the plant of the Company situated at F-33 Ranjangaon MIDC Karegaon Tal. Shirur Dist Pune 412209 will remain closed till April 14 2020 and the further closure period if any will be as in accordance with directives of State and Central Governments.
2.The impact if any of the said closure of the plant of the Company cannot be assessed at this stage.
