This is to inform that pursuant to the directions of the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench vide its Order dated November 25 2022 separate meetings of equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of Borosil Limited will be held through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means on Monday February 06 2023 to consider and approve the Composite Scheme of Arrangement amongst Borosil Limited and Klass Pack Limited and Borosil Technologies Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013
