APTECH LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/10/2019 inter alia to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half Year ended 30th September 2019.
Further pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with amendments thereto we would like to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Insider Designated person and Connected Person from Tuesday 1st October 2019 and shall continue to remain closed till the end of 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2019 on 24th October 2019.
