Surana Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2013, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.80 per share for the financial year 2012-13. This, if approved by the shareholders in their meeting to be held on June 27, 2013, shall be 18% on the Equity Share Capital of the Company.
