This in continuation of our letter Ref. No. VIPUL/SEC /FY2019-20/1964 dated January 30 2020 please find enclosed herewith order of the Honble NCLAT to set aside the judgment dated 15.01.2020 passed by the NCLT admitting M/s Vipul Limited to Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. The CIRP against M/s Vipul Ltd. stands terminated and the IRP stands discharged.
