We regret to inform you of the sudden and sad demise of Mr. Hansraj Bisandayalji Poddar, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, on 19.04.2018.
Mr. Poddar was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company on 17th October, 2012. His sudden and unexpected passing away will be an inseparable loss to the Company and all the directors and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
