Nutech Global Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter-alia, to approve and take on record the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2016 as reviewed by the Audit Committee.
Further, Trading Window shall remain closed from November 05, 2016 up to November 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Dealing with Securities of Nutech Global Limited. During the closure of Trading Window, Insiders and their immediate relative have been advised not to deal in the shares of Nutech Global Limited.
