Further, as per the Insider Trading Policy of the Company, Trading Window for dealing in Company?s shares will remain closed for the Company?s Insiders from November 04, 2016 (commencing from the time of above intimation to the Stock Exchanges) till 48 hours after the announcement of the second quarter financial results on November 12, 2016.
