HSIL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 10, 2016 has approved a Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and HHRPL (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) and their respective Shareholders and creditors for demerger of the retail business undertaking of HHRPL into the Company, subject to requisite approvals.
