Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 10.02.2021 have re-appointed Mr. Murty Gudipati as Executive Director and CEO with effect from 01st April 2021 for a period of three years commencing from 01.04.2021 to 31.03.2024 and fixed his remuneration subject to approval of the shareholders of the company at the ensuing general meeting.
