Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on March 23 2020 has considered and approved investment in Share India Fincap Private Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) through acquisition of 13 40 483 (Thirteen Lakh Forty Thousand Four Eighty Three) equity shares at a price of
Rs.37.30 each including premium of Rs. 27.30 per equity share by way of right issue.
