The details required under Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 are given in Annexure - I.2) Appointment of Ms. Bhumika Vipulkumar Ranpura Company Secretaries Ahmedabad as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the Financial Fear 2024 - 25.
