Aurobindo Pharma: Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of The Board Meeting Held On February 9 2023.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today February 9 2023 has inter alia transacted the following items of business:1. Approved the standalone and consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months period ended December 31 2022 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. We enclose herewith the said Unaudited Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors.2. Approved first interim dividend of 300% i.e. Rs.3.00 (Rupees three only) per equity share of Re.1/- each on the equity share capital of the Company. The Company has already fixed February 17 2023 as the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23. The interim dividend will be paid on or before March 3 2023.
