Approved the appointment of Mr. Ashish Bansal (DIN:00017877) as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 1st April 2019 subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Approved the appointment of Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta (DIN:07294664) as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f 1st April 2019 subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Reconstitution of Audit Committee Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee
Furthermore in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 Mr. Ramesh Chander Bansal and Mr. Ranjan Sarkar having crossed the age of 75 years cease to hold the office as Independent Directors w.e.f. 1st April 2019.
