Nelco Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 17 2019 to July 24 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 24 2019.
If the dividend is approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 24 2019 the same will
be paid on and after July 26 2019.
