This is further to our disclosure dated November 13 2019 with respect to changes in Directors and Key Managerial Personnel. Further it was also disclosed that the Company
expects delay in dissemination of the financial results for quarter and half year ended September 30 2019 owing to the change in management.
The Company hereby states that it is in the process of finalizing the financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2019. The financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2019 will be made available to the exchanges not later than February 6 2020.
This disclosure is being made pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD-1 /142/2018 dated November 19 2018 relating to disclosure of reasons for delay in submission of financial results.
