In the above context we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors at the Meeting held on October 21 2022 approved the Audited Financial Results along with Auditors Report for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2022. We on that date also submitted the PDF copy of the signed Financial Results and Auditors Report to the Stock Exchanges. However there was an inadvertent error in the first paragraph of Auditors Report. There was mentioned the word as reviewed instead of Audited. The same error has been rectified and a revised copy of the Auditors Report for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2022 is attached herewith.
