As per Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading the Trading window of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021 for the Promoters / Promoters Group / Directors / KMP / Designated Employees of the Company including Designated Persons and their immediate relatives.
Accordingly we have decided to close the Trading Window from 1st April 2021 till 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results of the company for the year ended and quarter ended 31st March 2021. The date of the Board Meeting in which results would be considered shall be intimated in due course. During the closure of Trading Window insiders have been advice not to deal in the shares of MetroGlobal Limited.
