Falcon Tyres Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2013 have decided to sell the 100% Shares held by them in the shares of its subsidiary company Chamundi Plasto Sacks Private Limited.
Further the Company has informed that, the sale transaction has now been effected on the September 28, 2013 and with this effect this Company Chamundi Plasto Sacks Private Limited is no more a subsidiary Company of Falcon Tyres Limited.
