This is with reference to your email dated January 15 2024 seeking clarification on the movement in the price of equity shares of the company in the recent past. In this regard we wish to inform that all the material information that may have a bearing on the operations/ performance of the company and price sensitive information which includes all the necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 have been regularly disclosed to the Stock Exchange by the Company in a timely and accurate manner in conformity with the principles governing disclosures and obligations..
