In continuation of letter dated 4th December 2020 we wish to apprise that the BSE has filed an appeal in Honble Supreme Court against the order of Securities Appellate Tribunal Mumbai dated November 12 2020 in the matter which is pertaining to issue of 3 64 72 067 equity shares to Phoenix and Phoenix Trust on preferential basis.
