The Board in its meeting held on 28 January 2019, inter-alia, considered and approved the following:
1. Approved Un-audited Financial Results, both Standalone and Consolidated, for the third quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2018, as recommended by the Audit Committee and reviewed by the Statutory Auditors. A certified copy of said financial results along with Limited Review Report for the Third Quarter ended 31 December 2018 is enclosed as Annexure - I.
2. Pursuant to internal transfers, Mr N Ramesh Kumar Chief Financial Officer of the Company is designated as head of subsidiary accounts with effective from 1st Feb19 Further Mr M Ravi Kiran is appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effective from 1st Feb19. A brief profile of Mr N Ravi Kiran is enclosed herewith pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as Annexure - II.
The meeting commenced at 11.15 a.m. and ended at 2.40 p.m.
