Dear Sir This is further to the Companys letter dated 9th Oct 2019 intimating the date of board Meeting. We wish to inform that Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 22nd Oct 2019 have approved the following:1.Approved and took on record the Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30th Sept 2019 and statement of Assets and liabilities for the half year ended 30th September 2019 along with Limited Review Report by Statutory Auditors for the Quarter ended 30th September 2019.2.Took on record the resignation of Mr. S.K Gupta who was Independent Director of the Company.
3.Reviewed all Quarterly report filed with BSE.4.Approved proposal of Corporate Social Responsibility.5.Reviewed Related Party Transaction for the half year ended 30th September 20196.Reviewed the progress of the Company.
The Board Meeting commenced at 12.15 PM and concluded at 2.25 PM.
