Shubhra Leasing Finance And Investment Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
Further, pursuant to the code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for trading/dealing in the securities of the Company for the directors and other designated employees covered under the code shall remain closed from February 02, 2016 and reopen after expiry of forty eight hours from the result and other details becomes generally available/disclosed to the stock exchanges, for director and other designated employees.
