Titan Biotech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2016, inter alia, to consider unaudited quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015.
Further, the Trading window will remain closed from January 22, 2016 to February 02, 2016 (both days inclusive) for trading in securities of the Company is prohibited by Directors, Senior / Designated employees and Auditors for the aforesaid period.
