Further, as per requirement under Salzers Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company for the Promoters / Promoters Group / Directors / Officers / Designated Employees and their immediate relatives of the Company shall remain closed from January 26, 2017 to February 04, 2017 (both days inclusive).
